We have a varied selection of lodges at Derwent Oaks. Our 40×14 lodges from around £110k and our double units are built to BS 3632 residential specification, with the insulation, glazing and heating to live in all year. Our entry-level lodges under £100k are built to holiday-home specification, a more affordable way to own on the park with the same twelve-month season. Our range covers two-bedroom layouts from 38×12 through to 44×14 and a larger 40×20 footprint, and all plots have amazing uninterrupted lake and countryside views.
Lodges are sold with private decking and skirting fitted on the plot before you take ownership. Full fishing rights on the two-acre stocked lake come with every site fee. Our prices start from £79,995; the latest 2027 double unit designs run to £250,000 for front-line lakeside plots.
