Every lodge at Derwent Oaks is built to a residential specification, with the insulation, glazing and heating to live in all year. The range covers two-bedroom layouts from 38×12 through to 44×14 and a larger 40×20 footprint, and most plots look directly onto the lake.
Lodges are sold lake-ready: private decking and skirting are fitted on the plot before you take ownership. Full fishing rights on the two-acre stocked lake come with every site fee. Pre-owned 2023 and 2024 models start from £79,995; the latest 2026 designs run to £194,995 for front-line lakeside plots.
